If the ordered products are not what you expected, then you can return the products without problems within 14 days of receiving them, (regardless of the reason and without any justification) the return costs being borne by us.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable digital / additional products:
– gift cards
– downloadable software products

Please do not send the product back without contacting us first. In this case the product will not be changed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable)
- obvious signs of use.
– any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons beyond our control.
– any product that is desired to be returned later than 14 days after purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once the product is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to let you know about the refund process.
Refunds will be made only by bank transfer, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

Gifts
If the product was paid for with a gift card, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the refunded product.

Return request
To return the product, you must first contact us by e-mail at: office@voltgrid.ro and request a refund or an exchange. Do not send any product without first being approved by our team.
