  1. Shipping policy. Parcel processing time.

    Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays. If we have a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days.

    If there will be a significant delay for your order, we will contact you by email or phone for confirmation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Shipping rates and delivery estimates.<\/strong>

      Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Shipment confirmation and order tracking.<\/strong>

      After placing the order, you will receive an SMS or e-mail confirming the shipment (once the order has been sent to the courier) containing the tracking number. Your order tracking number will be active within 24 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Damages. <\/strong>

      VoltGrid is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping courier\/carrier to file a claim. Please photograph and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
