For a better understanding of the prosumer concept, National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE)<\/u><\/a> made available <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The prosumer's guide<\/strong> (below you can find the download link). It is not a very dense read and should be read by anyone who wants to install a system for producing electricity from renewable sources, be it photovoltaic panels, wind power plants, hydro power plants, or others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also make available for download the stages of the process of connecting to the public interest electric network of the places of consumption and production belonging to the prosumers*), according to the provisions of ANRE order no. 19\/2022, for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 new places of consumption and production<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 existing consumption\/consumption and production sites to which electricity production facilities are connected, with increased power compared to the previously approved power for the respective consumption\/consumption and production sites;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The stages of the connection process to an existing place of consumption<\/strong> of installations for the production of electricity from renewable sources*), according to the provisions of ANRE order no. 19\/2022<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The situation in which no additional work or changes are made to the electrical installations upstream of the delimitation point<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*) Applicants:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) local public authorities that have capacities to produce electricity from renewable sources, provided for in art. 73^1 para. (2) from the Electricity and Natural Gas Law no. 123\/2012, with subsequent amendments and additions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) natural and legal persons who own installations for the production of electricity from renewable sources with an installed power of no more than 400 kW per place of consumption;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
