The prosumer's guide
For a better understanding of the prosumer concept, the National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) has made available the Prosumer Guide (below you can find the download link). It is not a very dense read and should be read by anyone who wants to install a system for producing electricity from renewable sources, be it photovoltaic panels, wind power plants, hydro power plants, or others.
