Order delivery

The invoice is sent automatically in electronic format to the email address with which the order is placed.

Below you will find the terms that constitute our transport policy.

  1. Shipping policy. Parcel processing time.

    Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays. If we have a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days.

    If there will be a significant delay for your order, we will contact you by email or phone for confirmation.
  1. Shipping rates and delivery estimates.

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
  2. Shipment confirmation and order tracking.

    After placing the order, you will receive an SMS or e-mail confirming the shipment (once the order has been sent to the courier) containing the tracking number. Your order tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  3. Damages.

    VoltGrid is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping courier/carrier to file a claim. Please photograph and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  4. Return policy.

    Our returns and refunds policy provides detailed information on options and procedures for returning your order.
