Documents required for registration in the Casa Verde program and our rates

On April 28, 2023, the financing guide for the Casa Verde program was officially published. These are the documents that the natural person applicant uploads in the application found on the website www.afm.ro 

HURRY TO GET THEM, REGISTRATION TIME IS LIMITED!!!

1. the identity document of the applicant, valid on the date of registration in the application; 
2. the fiscal attestation certificate regarding payment obligations to the state budget, issued in the name of the applicant by the specialized territorial body of the Ministry of Finance, within the validity period on the date of registration in the application; 
3. the fiscal attestation certificate regarding local taxes and fees and other revenues of the local budget, issued in the name of the applicant by the local public authority in whose territorial area he is domiciled, within the validity period on the date of registration in the application; 
4. extract from the land register, no older than 60 days on the date of registration in the application, from which the applicant's ownership right on the building served by the photovoltaic panel system for which the financing is requested; if the photovoltaic panel system that serves the construction is located on the land, it will be presented, in addition to the land register extract related to the construction, a land register extract, no older than 60 days on the date of registration in the application, from which results that the applicant is the owner/has a right of use over the real estate; it can also be obtained by the applicant in electronic format;
5. the copy of the collective land register, from which there will be a maximum of two individual units listed on the same land register which, added together, will be equal to 1 (one) whole, in the case of buildings-buildings, of which some parts are common, and the rest are individual properties, for that a collective land deed and an individual land deed are drawn up.

Careful! In addition to this contribution, the applicant (meaning you) will add the amount of 20,000 RON, which he will later recover from the AFM.

The repayment term provided in the guide is after obtaining the connection certificate: "within a maximum of 60 days from the date of their submission, to the extent that they are complete and correctly drawn up, within the limit of the existing budget of the Environmental Fund." - according to the financing guide approved by Order 364/28.IV.2023. 

Obtaining the connection certificate is done after putting the system into operation and submitting the file by the installer.
