VoltGrid is pleased to announce the launch of its Green House pre-registration program. This program is designed to help homeowners improve their energy efficiency and reduce the cost of their energy bills.

The "Green House" program is a government initiative that aims to stimulate the use of renewable energy sources and improve energy efficiency in houses in Romania. Through this program, homeowners can get financing to install renewable energy equipment

The Casa Verde program for photovoltaic installations was launched in 2016 and is managed by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Forests. It is financed by the Environment Fund and has an annual budget allocated for this purpose. In order to benefit from financing, owners must meet certain criteria and submit a financing application.

One of the main conditions to benefit from financing through the Casa Verde program for photovoltaic installations is to own a property in Romania and to have a valid electricity supply contract. You must also meet the technical requirements for the installation of a photovoltaic system and hire an authorized company to carry out the installation.

The amount of financing granted through the Casa Verde program for photovoltaic installations is a maximum of 20,000 lei for a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of up to 3 kW. This amount can be used for the purchase and installation of the necessary equipment, such as solar panels, inverter, energy storage system and other accessories. The owners must provide financing for the difference between the amount of financing granted and the total cost of the installation.

On April 28, 2023, the financing guide for the Casa Verde program was officially published. These are the documents that the natural person applicant uploads in the application found on the website www.afm.ro , 

HURRY TO GET THEM, REGISTRATION TIME IS LIMITED!!!

1. the identity document of the applicant, valid on the date of registration in the application; 
2. the fiscal attestation certificate regarding payment obligations to the state budget, issued in the name of the applicant by the specialized territorial body of the Ministry of Finance, within the validity period on the date of registration in the application; 
3. the fiscal attestation certificate regarding local taxes and fees and other revenues of the local budget, issued in the name of the applicant by the local public authority in whose territorial area he is domiciled, within the validity period on the date of registration in the application; 
4. extract from the land register, no older than 60 days on the date of registration in the application, from which the applicant's ownership right on the building served by the photovoltaic panel system for which the financing is requested; if the photovoltaic panel system that serves the construction is located on the land, it will be presented, in addition to the land register extract related to the construction, a land register extract, no older than 60 days on the date of registration in the application, from which results that the applicant is the owner/has a right of use over the real estate; it can also be obtained by the applicant in electronic format; 
5. the copy of the collective land register, from which there will be a maximum of two individual units listed on the same land register which, added together, will be equal to 1 (one) whole, in the case of buildings-buildings, of which some parts are common, and the rest are individual properties, for that a collective land deed and an individual land deed are drawn up.

The documents that the applicant submits/transmits parish at the installer with whom AFM concluded a participation contract are:

1. the financing application, completed in full by technical editing, according to the form provided in annex no. 3 of this guide, signed by the legal representative of the applicant or his proxy, with a qualified electronic signature based on a qualified certificate issued by a trusted service provider according to Regulation (EU) 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions on the internal market and repealing Directive 1999/93/EC;
2. the identity document of the legal representative of the applicant, valid on the date of registration in the application;
3. power of attorney, in the event that the financing request is signed by someone other than the applicant's legal representative;
4. the identity document of the authorized person, valid on the date of registration in the application;
5. the fiscal attestation certificate regarding the payment obligations to the state budget, issued in the name of the applicant to the specialized territorial body of the Ministry of Finance, within the validity period on the date of registration in the application;
6. the fiscal attestation certificate regarding local taxes and fees and other local budget revenues, issued in the name of the applicant by the local public authority in whose territorial area the applicant is based, within the validity period on the date of registration in the application;
7. extract from the land register, no older than 60 days at the time of registration in the application, from which the applicant's ownership right over the construction building served by the photovoltaic panel system for which the financing is requested; if the photovoltaic panel system serving the construction is located on the land, in addition to the land deed extract related to the construction, a land deed extract, not older than 60 days on the date of registration in the application, will be presented, from which results that the applicant is the owner/has a right of use over the real estate; 
8. the document certifying the approval of the project and co-financing.
